The Ottomani Chianti Superiore DOCG is an elegant and terroir-driven Chianti from the hills of Val di Pesa, south of Florence. The wine is made from 90% Sangiovese and 10% Canaiolo, sourced from biodynamically farmed vineyards with calcareous clay and marl soils.

The grapes grow on old vines and are harvested by hand. In the cellar, Ottomani opts for spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and minimal intervention, allowing the character of Sangiovese and the terroir to be fully expressed.
The result is a classic Tuscan wine with aromas of cherries, violets, and Mediterranean herbs, supported by fresh acidity, elegant tannins, and a long, mineral finish.
