Shipping & Delivery

At Casa Capaldi, we take great care to ensure your wines are delivered safely, carefully, and as quickly as possible. As wine is a delicate product, we deliberately choose reliable shipping methods and sturdy protective packaging.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to:

  • The Netherlands

  • Belgium

Delivery times

  • The Netherlands: 1–3 business days

  • Belgium: 2–4 business days

Orders placed on business days before 4:00 PM are processed the same day whenever possible.

Please note: during busy periods (such as holidays or extreme weather conditions), delivery times may be slightly longer.

Shipping costs

  • The Netherlands: €4.95 per order

  • Belgium: €9.95 per order

  • Free shipping on orders over € 80

Exact shipping costs are always clearly displayed during checkout.

Packaging & transport

Our wines are shipped in specialised wine packaging designed to:

  • Absorb shocks

  • Limit temperature fluctuations

  • Ensure safe transport of bottles

This way, we make sure your wines arrive in optimal condition.

Delivery

  • We ship with a specialised parcel carrier

  • You will receive a track & trace code once your order has been dispatched

  • Delivery is made to the address provided during checkout

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package. Wine shipments cannot always be delivered to neighbours.

Damage or delivery issues

Has your order arrived damaged or is something not quite right?

  • Please report this within 48 hours of delivery

  • Send an email to casacapaldi@outlook.com including:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the damage

We will always work towards a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Age verification

In accordance with Dutch law, the sale of alcohol is only permitted to persons aged 18 or older. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
