The Pinot Nero Franciacorta Millesimato 2021 from Il Dosso is an elegant and characterful sparkling wine from Franciacorta, made from 100% Pinot Nero. Winemaker Luca Archetti deliberately opts for a pure and terroir-driven style, with minimal intervention and a long aging on the lees.
This Dosaggio Zero Franciacorta receives no added sugar after disgorgement, keeping the wine extremely pure and dry. Thanks to more than 30 months of aging on the yeast cells, the wine develops a fine mousse, complex aromas and a long mineral finish.
The result is a gastronomic Franciacorta with structure, freshness and elegance.
