Alcohol sales
Casa Capaldi sells alcoholic beverages. The sale of alcoholic beverages is restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older.
By placing an order with Casa Capaldi, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Before completing your purchase, you may be required to actively confirm your age.
Age verification may also take place upon delivery. Alcoholic beverages will only be delivered to the address provided by the customer or to an official pickup point, and only to a person aged 18 years or older. The delivery carrier may request valid identification.
Alcoholic beverages cannot be delivered to minors, to neighbours, or to locations where age verification cannot be properly carried out.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if the legal age requirement is not met or if delivery cannot be completed in accordance with applicable alcohol laws.

EU consumer right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
